Salary: Up to €48k Basic Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance (up to €60K OTE)

*** Home office based Sales position in Belgium or Netherlands because the job is
       field based on the Benelux Market***

*** Daily business travel on the Benelux and Germany market is required ***

Main duties:
To develop relationship with new distribution channels to implement sales growth on the Benelux and German Market

The Role:
- To identify new business opportunities and convert prospects and leads into sales
- To travel and visit clients for field sales purposes (Benelux and Germany) on daily basis
- To develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients (mainly
  distributors and resellers)
- To maintain a high awareness of the market, the industry and the competitors
- To maintain a high level of customer service, resolve issues and ensure interface with other
  internal departments
- To achieve sales targets in the dedicated territory (Benelux and Germany)
- To attend trade shows and exhibitions and present the company products portfolio (industrial
  plastics)
- To report directly on a daily basis to Export Manager based in the UK
- To monthly summary report and goal review to Sales Director in the UK and attend meetings
- To gain a good knowledge of the products and promote them to clients

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in Dutch to mother tongue standard
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) to high standard is essential
- German language skills would be a bonus
- Previous B2B field based experience selling industrial products is necessary
- Experienced to build up distributor channels would be a strong advantage
- Previous experience of working remotely to be able to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Target-driven and strategic attitude
- Flexible as frequently travel will be required on daily basis
- Must be Driving Licence & Passport holder

Salary:

Up to €48K Basic Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance (up to €60K OTE)
