Dutch speaking Travel Account Manager
Location: Remote in Belgium
Salary: up to €60,000 per annum depending on experience plus €10000 OTE Bonus

Main duties:
To be responsible for the growth with existing accounts exceeding targets set as well building long term relationships

The Role:
– Manage and deal with the existing accounts throughout Europe
– Ensuring clients’ needs are addressed and resolved
– To develop new opportunities in designated region to achieve company targets
– Implement action plans
– Lead strategic account reviews
– Collaborate with Operations Team to ensure service is in line with contractual obligations
– Monitor internal and external key performance indicators

– Fluent in Dutch and English essential
– Experience in the Travel industry required (Airline or Travel Destination Company)
– Previous experience in account management
– Able to drive business performance providing successful customer solution
– Fully competent and confident Word, Excel and PowerPoint user
– Highly organised with proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
