Salary: Up to £35,000 pa Depending on Experience

Main duties:
To act as the custodian of the brand and improve our client values from a content perspective
A primary goal is to develop a very efficient system to update existing, and create new, listings on both new and existing channels

The Role:
-   To manage and coordinate the Content and Merchandising functions
-   To define an effective strategy, collaborating across departments to ensure content is locally relevant and delivers on the brand story     across all channels
-    To maximise sales and profitability by identifying opportunities to achieve revenue growth and improve advertising ROI
-   To manage the online product inventory - product imagery, descriptions and specification
-   To monitor and manage the merchandising strategy for the home page, category and landing pages
-   To manage suppliers of content as well as writing informative, persuasive and SEO friendly product names, features and descriptions
-   To analyse performance via Google Analytics and work with the Digital team to improve conversion rates, landing page content and         improve the customer experience
-   To conducting competitive and best practices research to suggest merchandising and user experience improvements
-   To report on weekly KPIs on site performance, managing and executing actionable insights
-   To encourage high performance


Candidate's Profile:

-    Broad knowledge e-commerce best practices, user experience, and web merchandising
-    Experience in using Online Marketing platforms: Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Amazon etc…
-    Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent communicator
-    Analytical approach to interpreting and manipulating data
-    Commercial and business acumen with an Entrepreneurial approach to work
-    Proficient in French or German is desirable but not essential

Salary:

Up to £35,000 pa Depending on Experience
