Eastern Europe, Russia & Baltic Region Business Developer (FMCG)
Russian, Polish, Czech, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian languages
Business development, Export Sales, Sales Manager, Projects, Support, Account Management, Coordination, London, Key accounts, Account manager, Project manager, Marketing, Territory Manager, Sales Director, Export Sales Manager
Salary: Circa £60,000 OTE pa
Location: West Yorkshire

The Role:
We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic sales person with a proven track record to sell outside UK

- To present & sell the company’s product ranges in allocated territories
- To be pro-active in managing & following up the assigned customer accounts
- To be pro-active in finding new customers
- To visit customers and hot leads in allocated territories
- To assist with other accounts outside of the assigned accounts
- To meet or exceeding sales targets
- To attend and support any selected relevant trade shows
- To follow up all leads from fairs, emails, phone, internet
- To maintain & develop good relationships with customers
- To build relationships, bring about product awareness to distributors and proactively
  seeking new opportunities.
- To manage pricing with a clear focus on Growth and Margin, minimizing business risk.
- To identify new opportunities with the client at all levels.

Candidate's Profile:

- Experience with Eastern Europe, Russia & Baltic Region countries
- Fluent in Russian in addition to English
- Able to make own decisions, but understanding working in a team.
- You will be intelligent and business focused ideally of graduate calibre
- Happy to travel for business when required (EU driving licence)
- High levels of ambition, energy demonstrable from recent aspects of their experience.
- Ability to be a capable “self-starter” with excellent customer facing skills
- High levels of selling skills and ability to be an effective hunter
 (New business/customer development) - good appreciation of “cut through” to deliver
  result
- Self-motivated with a lot of self-confidence and resilience
- Experience working in Export Sales
- Strong awareness of ethics and confidentiality requirements
- Good presentation skills / Team player
- Attention to detail and accuracy essential
- Able to understand problems quickly and get to the point quickly
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to help within the team where required to “get the job done” and to use initiative
  in busy periods

Salary:

Up to £45,000 pa + Attractive bonus scheme + car allowance + Bens
