Main duties:
To be responsible for maximising the commercial performance and give support fort the Scandinavians web shops and delivering the best Online Marketing results.


The Role: 
• To achieve annual budgets, margin and KPI’s
• To monitor and report the web shops results to the Ecommerce Manager
• To measure online marketing activities
• To create the best shopping experience on both web shops using optimisation, design
  changes, testing and UX with functionality improvements
• To support Ecommerce Manager with e-tail plans for the Scandinavians web shops
• To work alongside the Product Planning team to coordinate digital promotions and
  offers 
• To liaise with colleagues in the value chain - from product development to customer
  service 
• To improve the online environment and webpages to create a better customer
  experience
• To manage new products to the website ensuring products are shown to their best
  potential and continuously looking for up and cross- selling opportunities
• To assist the Ecommerce Manager with annual online marketing plans, KPI’s, marketing
  and campaign planning
• To create effective landing pages for external campaigns
• To increase organic traffic with SEO optimisation and SEO campaigns
• To support and increase newsletter subscriptions setting strategies for delivery and
  content and monitoring and tracking progress
• To analyse, organise, and implement conversion, UX and behavioural improvements 
• To respond quickly to new trends, functionalities, and tools in the market, making
  relevant improvements to the website

Candidate's Profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ideally fluent in minimum one of the following languages: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian
• Degree educated (Specialized Marketing, Ecommerce or Business preferred)
• Experienced in Ecommerce Executive role is essential
• Managerial experiences is a strong advantage as the company offers career
  progression
• Proficient with SEO, Google Analytics and with MS Office, experiences with Magento
  would be a bonus
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Self-motivated, Result-driven person
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Available for an immediate start

Salary

Negotiable depending on experiences + Excellent Benefits
Basic is between cca. £22,000 - £ 28,000 p.a.
