Main Duties:
To support the Customer Service team who are based in 2 different factories (close to Berlin and in Heilbronn).

The Role:
- To support the Engineers and Sales Team with order processing and export administration
- To Provide training for the team to deliver excellent level of customer service
- To deal with enquiries and process orders in the system
- To manage return process and resolve any issues related to orders
- To coordinate all customer complaints
- To provide Technical Support and have a pro-active contact with existing and potential
   customers in Germany and UK
- To keep accurate records and maintain customer databases

and so much more:

- Order (entry and change) primary function with implementation of delivery for product and
  pricing fully validated. EDI order process supported as well as web based transactions.
- New material requests coordinated for set-up and implementation for ordering and quoting
  including material master and customer material information records.
-Weekly backlog review of customer business with emphasis on supervision of purchase orders
  until delivered, including all needed special arrangements.

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Customer Service experiences within Manufacturing Company or similar B2B
- Team leader experiences wouldbe a bonus
- Willing to travel between 2 sites (close to Berlin and between Heilbronn)
- Technical support background would be a bonus
- SAP knowledge also strong MS Office skills
- Communicative, proactive attitude to resolve problems

Salary:

cca. €46,000 pa depending on experience+ Excellent Benefits
