Main Duties:    
To be accountable for the day to day customer relations and in-house sales back-office.
To provide excellence customer service.

The Role:
- To deal with all enquiries on the daily basis via emails, phones, fax etc…
- To follow up on orders and deliveries, dispatch products as and when required
- To check and follow up on claims
- To liaise with all internal departments as and when required ( Logistics, Accounts, Technical, Quality etc…
- To  complete stock entry and manage back orders as well as other general administrative support
- To manage and ensure proactive customers communication
- To keep up to date records
- To address unresolved request

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English to mother tongue standard (Written & Spoken)
- Fluency in another European language would be an advantage
- Excellent customer services skills with confident telephone manners
- Able to work under pressure & in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to deal with various tasks/ multitasking
- Team worker as well as able to work alone with good interpersonal skills
- Proactive & adaptable to work under pressure
- IT Literate


circa £22k depending on Experience + Pension Scheme + Life Assurance + 25 days holidays (+ 8 bank holidays).
