Our client is well-established UK Manufacturer undergoing developments with Spanish & French Speaking countries

Responsibilities:

European Export Sales Coordinator
Key Account management, Administrative, Customer service, Account management, Fluent in French, London, Account manager, inside sales, sales assistant, Fluent in Spanish, Export administrator
Salary: up to £28,000 pa DOE
Location: Surrey

Main duties:
To develop and maintain relationship with new and existing clients in order to develop the business.
Reporting directly to Export Support Manager and working alongside Area Sales Manager
 
The Role:
- Processing customer sales orders via phone and email
- Dealing with sample request / complaint & issues
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Liaising with the Sales and Accounts team, and external contacts
- Communicating with customers and colleagues in order to process enquiries
- Organising transport to customers’ requirements
- Keeping the company’s databases (CRM) updated by gathering information and data from clients

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English ( written and spoken) is essential
- Fluent in Spanish OR French would be advantageous
- Export knowledge would be beneficial
- Excellent telephone manner along with interpersonal & communication skills    
- Computer literate and able to use CRM & ERP programs
- The ability to make decisions and maintain excellent organisation in the workplace
- Demonstrate a willingness to progress within the company

Salary:

up to £28,000 pa DOE
