Main Duties:
To provide and develop an excellent first point of contact to the business customers

The Role:
- To support maintain and develop the business sales
- To proceed to the orders, ensure the quality of the deliveries
- To assist with the french documentation
- To create and maintain a good relationship with customers
- To be able to solve problems and issues and provide accurate reports
- To report to the General manager
- To support the sales team

Candidate's Profile:

- Excellent English close to mother tongue + Good level in French (ideally)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A confident and articulate telephone manner
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Customer driven with the ability to show genuine empathy
- Be able to take initiative
- Team player and proactive
- Good knowledge in IT
