Export Account Coordinator (German or Dutch speaking)
Salary: Circa up to £35,000 OTE + Benefits

Main duties:
To develop relationship with new clients and partners in order to implement sales growth in a defined territory (Germany & Netherlands).

The Role:
- Point of contact for Export support for the overseas distributors to grow their sales
- Present Company’s newly launched products to overseas agents / distributors & sales staff
- Conduct market research to analyse and assess the local market
- Highlight market strengths or weaknesses and identify opportunities
- Represent the company at overseas exhibitions + some overseas travel with Export Manager
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Perform any necessary administrative duties for your accounts within your territory
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction
- Co-ordinate marketing and PR activities, manage the organisation of EU trade events

- Fluent German or Dutch (written & spoken) is ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate

£30,000 base + Commission + Bonus
