Our client is a well-established Company seeking to grown their Export market in Europe

Salary: circa £50,000 OTE pa + car
Location: Home based - London
At commutable distance from Peterborough, Norwich, Cambridge, Boston,

The Role:
We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic sales person with a proven track record to sell the products in European countries

- To present & sell the company’s product ranges in France
- To manage Agents in existing orders and agents in France
- To be pro-active in managing & following up the assigned customer accounts
- To be pro-active in finding new customers
- To visit customers and hot leads in France
- To assist with other accounts outside of the assigned accounts
- To meet or exceeding sales targets
- To attend and support any selected relevant trade shows
- To follow up all leads from fairs, emails, phone, internet
- To maintain & develop good relationships with customers
- To build relationships, bring about product awareness to distributors and proactively seeking new opportunities.
- To manage pricing with a clear focus on Growth and Margin, minimizing business risk.
- To sell Value added concepts and solutions to the Client
- To demonstrate equipment and products. (when become face to face field salesperson)  
- To identify new opportunities with the client at all levels.

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English & French (spoken & written)
- Able to make own decisions, but understanding working in a team.
- You will be intelligent and business focused ideally of graduate calibre
- Happy to travel for business when required (EU driving licence)



Essential Skills, Qualifications:
- Self motivated with a lot of self confidence and resilience
- Be able to handle wide range of files and or sales leads at same time
- Experience working within an industrial sector - Preferred
- Strong awareness of ethics and confidentiality requirements
- Good presentation skills / Team player
- Attention to detail and accuracy essential
- Able to understand problems quickly and get to the point quickly
- Excellent time management  skills
- Ability to help within the team where required to “get the job done” and to use initiative in busy periods

Salary:

£45,000 pa + circa £5K bonus in 1st year  + car +  bens
