Main Duties:
To providie high-quality level of customer service and sales support internationally

The Role:
- To be the first point of contact for customers, distributors, agents and the sales team
- To assist the International Sales Manager with clients’ enquiries (telephone, email, process orders etc.).
- To process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner
- To prepare quotations and support sales information with pricing list.
- To contact customers regarding pricing and product enquiries.
- To keep all data up to date & accurate for follow up.
- To handle part of stock management & identify opportunities to increase order value & reduce stock.
- To identify incomplete orders and liaise with the other departments to inform the customers accordingly.
- To process customer after sales complaints following company procedures.

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluency in French or Spanish (Written & spoken)
- Previous Customer service experience
- Team player
- Able to prioritise and multi-task, work on own initiative
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate
- Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce, ProspectSoft etc...)
