Salary: OTE £65,000 pa (basic cca. £35K Depending on experience + car allowance + Commission + Benefits)
Location: (Field-Based in Europe) office is in Essex, North London

Main duties:
To visit regularly existing clients to develop opportunities and to increase their revenue.

The Role:
-    To be responsible for the account management of an existing portfolio as well as winning new businesses.
-    To travel and visit clients for field sales purposes (mainly in France and Germany)
-    To identify and acquire new distributors and end users for direct sales
-    To handle new enquiries and taking these to demonstration and quotation stage.
-    To proactively suggest new strategies and projects for sales development
-    To provide detailed meeting and sales visit reports
-    To attend trade shows, exhibitions and present the company
-    To gain a good knowledge of the products and promote them to clients
-    Ability to travel up to 70% of the time

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English, French and German (written and spoken)
- Fluent in another European language would be a bonus (Italian or Spanish)
- Proven experience in a similar field based Account Manager/Sales Manager role
- Proven track record of successful sales (preferable Manufacturing, Engineering or Construction)
- Confident communicator with ability to demonstrate, present and negotiate at C-Level.
- Flexible as travelling will be required (France and Germany)
- Must be Drivers licence & Passport holder
- IT literate, experienced in CRM sytem
- Flexible as 70% travelling will be required
