Junior Field Service Technician H/F
Location: Orleans, France
Fully remote based in the Centre-Val de Loire region to cover the north eastern quarter of France
Cadre contract
Salary: between €38,000 per annum and €50,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus company car, bonus and benefits

Main duties:
This role involves installing, maintaining, inspecting and training customers on products, while ensuring ongoing technical support and administrative follow-up under the guidance of the Technical Manager.

The role:
– Inspect and check the proper functioning and quality of machinery
– Set up and install equipment correctly at client sites
– Preform maintenance as needed to ensure product performance
– Deliver technical training to clients and provide ongoing support as needed
– Keep clients informed about new developments in the company’s product range
– Promote the use of training materials and support resources
– Handle the administration related to service visits

– Fluent in French with English language skills at a minimum of B1/B2 level
– Previous experience as a field service engineer ideal
– Open to Graduates too
– Training in electronics, computing or maintenance beneficial
– Committed to providing outstanding customer service
– Dynamic, well organised and capable of working independently
– Must have valid drives licence – Cat B
– Happy to travel within the region Monday to Friday
– Must be based in the Centre-Val de Loire region, ideally Orleans
