French and Dutch Speaking Customer Care Administrator
Salary: up to £35 000
Location: Oxford area
At commutable distance by car from Milton Keyes, Oxford, Banbury, Woodstock, Aylesbury, Abingdon

* 3 days office, 2 days home *

Main duties:
To deliver an outstanding Customer Care Service at all time to the clients.

The Role:
First point of contact with customers
To process enquires, orders and quotations
To coordinate with various departments within the company
Process credit notes
Maintain data systems
To provide customers with detailed information about services & products
To keep a positive and professional attitude with the Customers


Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English (written and Spoken)
- Fluent in Dutch and French (Written & Spoken)
- Knowledge of ERP / CRM systems
- Customer service experience would be desirable
- Organised and efficient.
- High attention to detail.
- Proactive and dynamic personality.
- Able to multitask
- Strong IT skills
