Main Duties:
To provide outstanding customer service to a large portfolio of clients
The Role:
– Respond to enquiries via telephone, email or live chat
– Provide customers with product information and quotes
– Answer queries regarding lead times, invoicing and stock
– Order processing
– Follow up on outstanding enquires ensuring any further info is provided
– Monitor lead times and deliveries
– Translating as needed
– Fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken) essential
– Experience in customer service beneficial
– Excellent communication skills
– Confident, dynamic and willing to learn
– IT literate
