Main Duties:
Export administration duties to manage, look after and provide high levels of customer service to European export markets.
Provide support when needed to the other members of the Export team

The Role:
- Order Processing
- Answering all email queries in a timely manner
- Answering calls from Export customers
- Responding to and processing all requirements from your customers
- Updating customers on any stock items and expected delivery dates
- Ensuring all out of stock items are dispatched immediately when they come into stock
- Preparing Export Documentation – Invoices, Packing Lists, EUR1, Letter of Credits etc
- Arranging daily shipments to customers from our UK warehouse
- Liaising with UPS and other transporters to arrange collections
- Managing credit control for your customers, sending out statements, keeping on top of
  payments, etc.
- Processing and completing all customer complaints
- Managing customer orders in conjunction with the Warehouse and Operations Managers
- Ensure paperwork is filled accurately and in a timely manner ( filing, delay letters,
  archiving, etc.)
- Any other duties requested by the export team

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English, French & German (Written and spoken) – Essential
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Italian would be an advantage
- Previous experience in Export and/or Sales Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to juggle different pieces of work at the same time
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Attention to detail
- IT skills – Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word


£26,000 p.a. DOE + Benefits (20 days Holidays)
