Main Duties:
To provide office support for the field-based sales representatives based in France and Germany.

The Role:
- To process customers enquiries via telephone, emails etc.
- To liaise with the Field Sales Representatives and ensure proactive communication
- To provide a variety of administrative support for the Team
- To provide quotation and process orders in the system
- To follow orders through from production to delivery and update clients on progress of orders
- To provide an excellent service at all times and maintain a strong relationship with clients
- To occasionally travel for trade show support in Europe (approx. 5 times a year)
- To follow up on leads from trade shows and sending out information to customers

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French and German is essential for the role
- Knowledge within machinery or engineering  industry is desirable
- Excellent communication, organisational skills & attention to detail
- Confident telephone manners with excellent communication skills
- Proactive & adaptable to work under pressure
- Able to travel on a national & international basis (in a normal situation)

Salary:

Up to £25,000 pa depending on experience+ other benefits
