Salary: £24,000 p.a.

Main duties:
To carry out the company’s research procedure in order to maximise revenue in the international market.

The Role:
- To carry out the company’s market research procedure to identify trends
- To identify business opportunities and make first contact
- To gather and interpret data to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
- To provide excellent customer service via email and live chat.
- To work within a team to improve the Market Research procedure and maximise efficiency.

- Fluent in French and Italian – Essential
- Strong Excel skills -Essential
- Ability to compile and analyse data sets
- Marketing experience - Desirable
- Good problem solving ability
- Able to work individually as well as in a team
- Excellent customer service skills
