Main duties:
You will be the main contact and a key link between their customers, suppliers and internal departments to build and maintain productive relationships.

The Role:
- To assist and work alongside Operations Manager.
- To communicate with customers and suppliers to build strong working relationships.
- To manage and ensure proactive customers communication
- To provide sales orders administration and quotation
- To assist with purchasing, stock and operational administrative support.
- To provide support with national and international logistics.
- To maintain the company system building a detailed analysis of customer activities

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (Written & spoken) - ESSENTIAL
- Fluent in French AND Italian (Written & spoken) - ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in Customer Service and Business Administration - PREFERABLE
- Analytical, confident, proactive and dynamic
- An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Able to start work as early as 8:00am Monday to Friday


£23,000 pa + Benefits
