Responsibilities

French and Italian Speaking Support Analyst
Salary: up to £25,000 pa + Bonus
Location: Home Based
Can be located initially working from home: London, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, Sheffield. Large cities: Belfast, Bristol, Nottingham, Southampton, Portsmouth, Leicester, Cambridge

Main Duties:
To resolve technical support queries whilst offering outstanding customer service


The Role:
- To accompany customer in solving technical issues
- To have a logical approach with problems & Customers
- To report to the Support Manager
- To analyse and receive incoming support inquiries
- To liaise with different internal departments
- To input support queries on Marketing Database
- To set up new customers, new data etc...

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English + French and Italian (Written & spoken)
- Experience in Customer Service within a technical environment (ie engineering, IT)
- Analytical, attention to detail
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (excel / outlook…)

Salary

Up to £25,000 pa + bonus
