French and/or German Speaking Marketing Assistant

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 Depending on experience

Main duties:
To support the marketing team and all business activities based in Germany and France including client acquisition campaign across online and offline channels.

The Role:
- To manage all direct mail and email campaigns
- To create daily and weekly lists and ensure all aspects of the process to proceed
  smoothly
- To support printed marketing materials creation and production (leaflet, posters etc.)
- To ensure all customer facing communications in line with the company’s brand style
  and guideline
- To responsible web content, product descriptions on the website are always up to date
- To upload pictures, product’s videos, blog and other articles
- To maintain and update the company’s website
- To help the marketing team with all administrative support to achieve the company’s
  marketing plan

- Fluent in French and/or German (written and spoken)
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken) in very high level
- IT literate and familiar with Internet, MS Office
- Previous Marketing experiences / Marketing Degree is strong advantage
- Good team player, flexible and pro-active
- Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
- Good understanding of and comfortable working with data
