French or German speaking Customer Service and E-commerce Coordinator 
Salary: up to £28,000 pa (depending on experience)
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
At commutable distance from Liverpool, Birkenhead, Chester, Warrington, St Helens ,M53, M56, M57

Main duties:
To be responsible for the day to day Order Management, Customer Enquiries, E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

The Role:
- To manage sales and service coordination with customers.
- To provide excellent customer service
- Handling of all order entries
- To deal with the sales process from initial enquiry through to quotation and order
- To respond to customers enquiries on the daily basis over the phone, email and
- To manage Social Media Accounts
- To liaise with other departments such as Finance & Marketing
- To coordinate with warehouses for stock movements

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French or German and English is essential
- Fluent in another European language would be a strong advantage
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing and/or Sales Coordinator role
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Social Media
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent problem solving skills with a key focus on the customer’s needs
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
