French or German Speaking Customer Support
Location: Reading
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits

Main duties:
Assist and support customers with their enquiries

The Role:
– Answer customers’ enquiries on the phone, webchat and email
– Investigate warranty claims and act accordingly
– Handle all Ecommerce administration duties
– Coordinate return deliveries and refunds
– Help the reception with welcoming guests, taking deliveries, and other duties as required

– Fluent in French and/or German (both written and verbally)
– Strong communication skills
– Confident and team player
– Driven to progress
– IT literate
