French or German speaking Export Sales Coordinator
Salary: up to £27,000 pa depending on experience + benefits
Based in: Northampton, Northamptonshire

Main duties:
To be responsible for the day-to-day Sales and Service coordination with clients and to provide Internal Departmental Support

The Role:
- To be the key liaison for orders end to end for both external and internal stakeholders
- To deal with enquiries on a daily basis over the phone, email and other social media platforms
- To deal with the sales process from initial enquiry through to quotation and order placement
- To arrange collections, returns and deliveries
- To coordinate with warehouses for stock movements
- To ensure customers receive high standard of customer service
- To promote the company’s products to customers through marketing initiatives

- Fluent in French or German
- Previous Customer Service Administration experience, ideally gained in a technical environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident telephone manners with excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills and experience with CRM system
