Main duties:
To strengthen the client's international solution capabilities in the marketplace and to develop relationships and manage new business opportunities together with further enhancing the company's growing reputation.
To develop, through existing channels, the company's range of product lines.

The Role:
- Research and establish new business leads
- Technical support for the engineering team with collected info from the new clients
  (Business Development)
- Create a sales plan for the territories assigned
- Field visits and new prospecting (Manufacturer Companies)
- Presales and after sales support for new and existing business
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations (internal or external) focussed on growth
  opportunities or design changes to meet requirements where appropriate
- Grow and manage business with accounts in the designated regions

Candidate's Profile:

- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Fluent in French or German (close to mother tongue standard)
- Engineering degree or Technical background in Manufacturing Industry – preferable
  Production knowledge

- Full and valid UK driving licence is essential
- The ability to travel and visit client in France / Germany
- Commercial awareness and sales experience is essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills to develop business opportunities within new
  and existing clients
