Responsibilities

French or Italian speaking Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: Up to £24,000 pa + Bens
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Ref: 5306F2


Main Duties:
To be responsible for the customer support.


The Role:
- Daily contacts with Clients via email, online chat and over the phone based in Europe
- Responsible for customer’s database & warranties
- Support on major Customer key accounts
- Answer to enquiries and provide relevant information to clients.
- Translation & general administration duties


 

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French or Italian (written & spoken)
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (excel, outlook, PowerPoint…)
- ***happy to work early morning/late afternoon shifts***

Up to £24,000 pa + Bens
