French OR Spanish OR Italian Speaking Customer Support Coordinator
Salary: up to £23,000 pa + Excellent Benefits

*** Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm ***
*** Training is around 6 – 8 weeks ***
*** To start ASAP ***

Main duties:
To be responsible for providing high-quality level of customer service to global customers

The Role:
- To deliver excellent multilingual Customer Service in English AND in either French OR Spanish OR Italian
- To provide Customer Support to new and existing customers
- To resolve technical issues relating to the company’s products
- To provide comprehensive responses to technical customer queries
- To keep accurate records and data input
- To deal with customers complaints
- To liaise with other internal departments
- To deal with administrative duties (translation of relevant documentation)

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English (written and spoken) 
- Additional fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian
- Strong technical understanding (IT, Software etc.)
- Previous Customer Service / Helpdesk experience highly desirable
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive & dynamic
- IT Literate / Qualifications would be appreciable


£19,000 to £23,000 + Excellent Benefits
