French or Spanish speaking Customer Service Associate
Location: Newport – hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days at home)
Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience

Main duties:
Provide high-level customer service and administrative support.
The role:
– Answer all customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely manner
– Order processing and arranging deliveries
– Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting
– Process invoices and take payment details
– Support the team with any administration duties as necessary
– Fluent in either French or Spanish (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous customer service or admin experience – Desired
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– Strong attention to detail
– IT literate (ideally SAP)
Up to £26,000 depending on experience
