Salary: up to £38,000 p.a. depending on experience

Main Duties:
Be in charge of and produce virtual / physical conferences and events to audiences around the globe

The Role:
- Execute events from start to finish
- Create concepts and themes as well as onsite support
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results
- Budget management
- Research and manage external venues, partners and vendors
- Manage and support internal team members
- Lead your assigned events either on site or remotely
- Utilise your tech skills to deliver engaging digital events

- Fluent in Spanish or French (written and spoken)
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Min 3 years’ experience in Events management / virtual event management
- Excellent budgeting skills
- be able to travel extensively and be away from home for a long period of time
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Proactive, dynamic and motivated
- Accurate with great attention to detail
- Great people skills and enjoy working at part of a team
- Highly proficient at using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
