Main duties:
To be responsible for the payroll services and to work in the day-to-day administration tasks

The Role:
-    To ensure the operations of the payroll are working accurately
-    To maintain and implement improvements in processes related to payroll
-    To provide support in queries related with payroll  
-    To manage payroll software and tools and keeping it up to date with upgrades to ensure compliance
      with the latest legislation
-    To manage payroll workflow to ensure all deadlines are met
-    To develop and maintain a good working relationships with the vendor's payroll, tax and benefits providers
-    To ensure staff holidays and sickness are dealt with correctly through payroll and liaising with
      HR department to ensure correct records are maintained

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English & French – Essential
- Experience working as Payroll Operation with French regulation  
- Related studies (Finance, Business Administration, Accounting) - Advantageous
- Experience with end-to -end payroll processing – Desirable
- Previous experience working with SAP and Workday - Advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy
