Main duties:
To provide technical networking support and fault diagnosis, and assist with case escalations.
The Role:
• To remotely assist customers with the set-up of new equipment or complex software installation
• To schedule and complete data migrations and software upgrades
• To log cases in the database and update customers appropriately
• To carry out remote fault diagnosis and resolve complex network problems
• To manage escalated cases and assist with troubleshooting and resolutions, following the SLA
• To improve technical knowledge and keep up to date with new product launches
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential
• Previous experience in technical support in hardware
• Previous experience in Windows OS, MS Access and SQL databases
• Problem-solving and excellent communication skills
• IT literate
