Main duties:
- To manage all the activities from marketing insight, order management, product development, sourcing.

The Role:
- To run daily operations, manage account dispatches and sales targets
- To identify new business opportunities in order to increase profit
- To manage the product design & development of client promotions
- To work alongside the design team to ensure deadlines are met
- To manage the product development and ensure packaging design is respected
- To ensure that all quality control standards are adhered to
- To manage & lead a team of Account Managers & in-house Designers
- To monitor multiple projects simultaneously and create weekly status reports
- To work alongside the sales director to develop strategic plans & annual budgets
- To travel on occasion

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French to mother tongue standard
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong presentation skills is essential
- Ability to guide & motivate others within the team
- Ability to plan, organise & prioritise all forms of administration
- Must be able to plan, organise & prioritise individual workload
- Ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail is critical
- Enthusiastic approach with an active interest in self development
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


Up to £55,000 p.a. (depending on experience) + benefits  ( bonus scheme, private medical health insurance after qualifying period, 20 days holiday increasing to 22 days on completion of two years’ service )
