French speaking Account Executive

Main duties:
You will be in charge of a wide range of operations for this niche business including processing clients’ initial requests, providing customer support and liaising with suppliers.

The role:
– Be the main point of contact for clients and process their reservation requests efficiently by email and over the phone
– Provide supplier and client support and process their enquiries
– Submit quotations to clients in a timely and efficient manner and in writing
– Negotiate best industry rates with suppliers
– Develop industry knowledge in order to provide best advise and support to both regular clients and newcomers
– Expand product range by identifying new potential supply partners and introducing the business to them
– Visit suppliers when needed in order to develop product knowledge

– Full fluency in French
– Experience working in a business-to-business environment is essential
– Experience working in the Tourism or Travel industry would be a real bonus
– Computer literate
– Excellent communication skills
– Able to prioritise workload and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
