French Speaking Account Manager (Hospitality Sector)

Main duties:
To maintain and develop a strong relationship with new and existing portfolio of the clients within a hospitality sector
The Role:
- To build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients
- To target potential new clients
- To ensure proactive customers communication
- To deal with enquiries from customers/travel agents
- To provide high level of Customer Service
- To deliver system training (web meeting)
- International travels (Occasion travel – twice a year)
- To perform audit & manage clients performances
- To report to the Operations Manager
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken)
- Experience in Sales/Customer Service/Sales admin is essential
- Experience in the Hospitality Industry (Hotels, Property or Travel)
- Knowledge of electronic hotel distribution system, GDS or SynXis CRS
- Excellent administration skills
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- High level of commercial awareness
- IT literate
- Strongly organised
- Attention to details
