French Speaking Accounting Administrator
Data input, Data entry, Accounts, Administration, Sales Ledger, Telephone, Credit Control, Accounts receivable, Invoicing, Finance,  IT, Fluent in English, Fluent in French.  
Salary: £19,000 pa pro-rata
Location: Yorkshire and the Humber

*** 3 Months fixed term Contract ***

Main duties:
To ensure all invoices & payments are received.

The Role:
-    Creating new accounts
-    To chase all outstanding payments and take appropriate action and work to company targets & deadlines
-    To check clients’ credit history
-    Liaise with Customer Services Department
-    To develop client’s partnership
-    Responsible for checking, posting and allocating payments onto nominal ledger
-    To follow- up resolutions on account problems/queries

 


Candidate's Profile:

-    Fluent in French & English (Written & Spoken) is essential
-    Have strong administration skills & attention to detail
-    IT literate (Accounting programmes)
-    Purchase Ledger experience will be an advantage
-    Team worker & Positive outlook and approach to all task

Salary:

£19,000 pa pro-rata
