French Speaking Accounts Administrator
Salary: £20,000 pa

At commutable distance by public transport or by car from Hull, Driffield, Pocklington, Aldbrough, Withernsea, Grimsby, Bridlington, Flamborough, Hessle, Brigg, Scunthorpe, Beverley, Selby, Humberside , North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire

Main duties:
To ensure all invoices & payments are received.


The Role:
- Creating new accounts
- To chase all outstanding payments and take appropriate action
- Responsible for receiving, posting and allocating payments onto nominal ledger
- To check clients credit history
- Liaise with Customer Services Department regarding queries with invoices
- To develop clients partnership
- Meeting company targets and deadline
- To follow- up resolutions on account problems/ customer queries

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French & English (Written & Spoken) is essential
- Have strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Focussed and results driven
- IT literate
- Sales Ledger experience will be an advantage
- Team worker and Positive outlook
