French Speaking Administrative Assistant (Uk Division)

Location: Dartford
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 pa + Bens

Main Duties:
Managing the Office / Assisting the Manager and Sales team & liaise with head Office in France

The Role:
- To be the first point of contact, filtering and managing enquires via telephone/ email
- To coordinate the Managing Director’s diary, to include setting up meetings, travel bookings
- To act as the central travel liaison in regards to the international travel of UK staff
- To produce regular expense claims for the Managing Director
- To support the Finance Director with administrative, accounts, company secretarial and legal tasks.
- To process monthly payroll to include collating data, running reports, checking payslips
- To coordinate the employee forum, collect agendas, take and distribute minutes
- To scan and file all employee related documents to the HR database
- To support the HR manager in minute taking at formal meetings
- To process leavers on the HR system, prepare leaver letters and carry out exit interviews
- To assist with any recruitment projects from start to finish

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English & French (both Written & Spoken to Business standards) - Essential
- Experience working in an international Company / environment
- Previous experience as a PA / Office Manager - Essential
- All round experience in a support role at CEO - MD level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player / Resilient / Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good commercial acumen, organized, attention to detail, autonomous with lots of initiative
- Happy to work remotely when required
- Some travelling may be required during the year


£25,000 to £30,000 pa + Bens (Health Care / Pension scheme... )
