Location: Dover
Hybrid – 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Main duties:
Support the sales team and assist customers with their enquiries
The Role:
– Build and maintain relationships with customers
– Prepare quotes and up-sell/cross-sell where appropriate
– Data inputting and spreadsheet reporting
– Order processing and keeping customers updated on deliveries
– Promote the business on social media
– Fluent in French (both written and verbally) – Required
– Previous office experience – Ideal
– Strong communication and organisational skills
– Self-motivated candidate, eager to learn
– IT literate
