Main duties:
To provide Sales Administration and Customer Support to their UK and International customers

The Role:
- To deal with customers queries
- To provide administrative and customer support to the company’s clients
- To follow the company’s procedure to create and send invoices
- To contact clients regarding payment enquiries
- To update the clients details accurately and maintain the company database
- To build excellent working relationships with both external clients and colleagues
- To resolve clients’ issues in an effective and professional manner
- To liaise with other departments within the company

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French and English (Written and Spoken)
- Previous experience in Sales Administration and/or Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strongly organised in order to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to details
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Business acumen
- It literate
