French speaking Business Development Executive (Investment banking sector)
Salary: up to £75.000 p.a. + Commission + excellent benefits
Location: Central London - hybrid

Main Duties:
To develop a detailed sales plan and achieve or exceed sales quota

The Role:
- Prioritize new opportunities and engage new clients proactively on a daily basis
- To sell the products to prospect clients by highlighting the advantage of the business solution, how they can improve the business process with the company’s research, trading and advisory services
- To acquire new clients from cold calling, to approach them with consultative selling techniques and manage group presentation
- To manage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast and track activities within the company’s CRM system
- Turn client feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business, product development and address competitive risks.
- Communicate effectively with sales team and product management
- Work closely with colleagues across functions and business units to ensure to share of ideas, best practices and training

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French (Written and spoken - to Business level)
- Previous experience in Business Development, new client acquisition in B2B (ideally in financial services, information services, software sales, tech-based companies, commercial real estate business)
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas while closing new business in consultative sales business
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent presentation skills
- Target-driven, eager to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate/Investment Banking/Consultancy Services
- Excellent communication & selling skills
- Confident, proactive and dynamic
- Computer literate, CRM user


Competitive depending on experiences and achievements
Basic: up to £75.000 p.a.
+ Commission
(Estimated OTE is around £130.000 - £200.000 p.a. depending on achievements)
