French speaking Business Development Manager
Location: Sittingbourne – hybrid (2 days in the office)

Main duties:
To develop and manage business relationships with the designated export customer based, while conducting research and identifying marketing opportunities
The role:
– Exceed company’s sales and Marketing targets by implementing agreed marketing plans, training and monitoring results
– Gather, analyse and summarise market data, competition, product performance and trends
– Based on your nominated geographical areas, provide the BDM Team Leader with sales budgets and reports to monitor KPIs
– Hold regular staff meetings to discuss performance and strategies to improve the export business
– Attend exhibition visits and participate in frequent international travel to visit clients
– Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous experience in business-to-business sales and business development
– Strong business acumen and understanding of different markets and customers
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Technical competence
