French speaking Business Development Manager
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum basic plus bonus
Location: Skipton (hybrid working with regular international travel)

Main duties:
To take responsibility for driving sales growth with both new and existing accounts
The Role:
– To be the main point of contact for key accounts within the territory and develop strong customer relations
– To identify, target and follow up on leads for new business opportunities resulting in high conversion rates
– To liaise with key stakeholders and ensure supply chain team are kept up to date with requirements
– To develop clear sales strategy in line with business policies and a customer centric approach
– To monitor existing customer accounts and identify opportunities to increase portfolio or customer spend
– To travel and visit clients across the allocated territory (up to 40% of the time)
– To regularly report on meetings, customer visits and project updates
– To attend Exhibitions and Trade Shows where required
– Fluent in French to mother tongue standard (written and spoken) – Essential
– Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) – Beneficial
– Strong background in sales or business development, ideally within a technical manufacturing environment – Essential
– Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
– Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
– Strong organisational and time management abilities
– IT literate and familiar with CRM tools
Up to £60,000 per annum basic plus bonus
