Salary: circa £45,000 OTE (circa 35k basic + uncapped commission)

Main duties
To source and develop new business relationships to implement sales growth across Europe and Middle East, with a focus on the French market.

The Role
- To create, develop and increase the French business portfolio
- To build, maintain strong relationship with new and existing business customers
- To influence, negotiate and deliver sales to businesses
- To maintain and develop the client database
- To support and develop the business sales
- To determinate and implement local sales strategy in the territory
- To work closely with the marketing team
- To report accurate sales projections
- To attend events, trade show internationally
- Face to face meeting, calls, emails

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French (mother tongue standard)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Another language would be an advantage
- Previous experience in selling Consultancy / Services would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Employee Rights / Workplace Employee Regulations in France would be an advantage
- Commercial acumen with problem solving skills
- Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Experience with a CRM database is preferable
- Degree educated
- Passport holder and driving licence required

Salary:

circa £45,000 OTE (circa 35k basic + uncapped commission)
