French speaking Business Travel Consultant
Salary: Up to £26,000 pa + Bonus and Benefits (32 days holiday, Buy/sell holiday scheme, Private medical insurance and more)

Main duties:
Supporting clients with their travel requirements through excellent communication skills.

The Role:
- To answer clients’ travel demands by email and telephone both pre and post travel
- Exceeding customers’ expectation by offering professional advice
- Prioritise work load
- Adapt to different customers’ needs
- Training and supporting other team members as and when required
- Attending meetings and team activities
- Achieving company and individual targets

- Fluent in French (written and spoken)
- Experience in native GDS (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo)
- Previous experience in travel industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated individual
- Target-driven and strategic attitude
