Main duties:
To provide Customer and Sales support to clients in French and develop the business.

The Role:
•    To support French Clients with their queries
•    To process sales orders via website and phone
•    To identify potential new Distributors and retail outlets
•    To generate new leads on French Market
•    To develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing customers
•    To  record and investigate a delivery issues
•    To carry out and develop marketing campaigns

Candidate's Profile:

•    Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
•    Previous sales experience in B2B and B2C
•    Good IT skills, including knowledge of Sage Software
•    Practical knowledge of CRM systems
•    Experience in order processing
•    Previous experience of upselling to existing customer accounts
•    Autonomous and well organised
•    Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
