French Speaking Client Representative

*Full-time Permanent Position*

Main duties:
To be responsible for building existing as well as new key accounts relationships.

The Role:
- To create and build strong relationship with business customers
- To regularly engage with costumers and keep track of their satisfaction
- To regularly update customer related data on the system
- To perform all required administrative tasks
- To identity potential sales leads and on board new customers
- To build customer understanding of the products to maximise usage
- To actively engage customers at renewal and maximise retention

Candidate's Profile

- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Analytical mind with attention to details
- High IT competency, knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Sales oriented with negotiation skills
