Salary: Up to £34,000 pa (DOE) plus benefits

Main Duties:
Be responsible for leading the global contact centre ensuring that the best customer service is provided to clients

The Role:
- Responsible for leading the reservations team
- Working with other Team Leaders and teams ensuring optimal performance of the contact centre is maintained
- Responsible for training and development
- Attend regular meetings to ensure areas of development and performance are reached
- Encourage and improve team morals with initiatives and projects
- Report to customer service lead
- Manage absences and assessment of performance of staff
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure exceptional operations of contact centre

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
- Experience in managing a team essential
- Experience within hospitality / customer service environment beneficial
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to be professional and well presented at all times
