French Speaking Credit Controller

Salary: up to £28,500 pa DOE
Location: West London
At commutable distance from London Underground and National Railway.

Main duties:
Responsible to manage all the customers' accounts of the company and enforce the Credit Control Policy.

The Role:
- To be responsible of the debt Collection.
- To manage the recording of Lodgements.
- To update all the invoices.
- Monthly customer statement runs
- To be responsible for the filing of lodgement documents and customer files.
- To liaise with customers to ensure that all enquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner.
- To attend Credit Control Meetings, reporting to Credit Control Manager.
- To be responsible of the litigation Action.
- To ensure the Debtors’ ledgers are closed off on time each month.
- To assist the accounts and operations teams with queries.
- To manage the recording of Customer Queries.
- To update cash books, preparing the cash and cheques for the bank, bank run, month end reconciliation.
- To set up new clients on Direct Debit and process monthly submissions.
- To record and archive documents on a timely basis
- To provide support and work as a team player
- To ensure confidentiality of customers’ bank and credit card details.
- To attend courses with training purposes.
- To provide support and work as a team player.

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French and English (Written & Spoken).
- IT literate.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent team player.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage large volume of work and meet deadlines.
- Be proactive & exceptionally organised.
- Extended experience in Credit Control.
