Main Duties:
To provide excellent Customer Service and Administrattion for the French market

The Role:
- To maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers for the French Market
- To provide excellent customer support to French & English speaking customers
- To deal with administrative duties and assist with marketing efforts
- To assit with translation and proof reading
- To indentify potential sales opportunities
- To maximise lead conversion of customer enquiries for business growth
- To respond to enquiries generated from direct marketing


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French & English – written & spoken
- Previous experience in Customer Support or Administration
- Marketing knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience of Events or Exhibitions desirable
- Highly methodical & great attention to details
- Strongly self-motivated & proactive
- Computer literate (Microsoft packages)

Salary:

£20,000 to £25,000 basic + Benefits
