Salary: Up to £27,500 pa + Excellent Benefits
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
At commutable distance by car from Cambridge, Newmarket, St Neots, Bedford, Bury St Edmunds, Letchworth Garden City, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, A1 (M) Corridor.

Main duties:
To interact with customers and colleagues in French Speaking countries around the world whilst providing outstanding customer service and sales administration support.

The Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues around the globe
- Prioritise enquiries, organise workflow to meet customer timeframes and service level
  agreement
- Correspond by phone and e-mail to answer customer enquiries and resolve complaints
- Process orders with complex trade compliance rules and prepare documentation as
  required
- Oversee deliveries, make sure that they are on time and update the customers on
  delivery dates
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform administrative tasks

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English to mother tongue standard (Written and Spoken) is
  ESSENTIAL

- Fluent in French (Written and Spoken) is ESSENTIAL
- Ability to deal with complex trade compliance rules
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to listen and work under pressure
- A strong problem solver with analytical and attention to details skills
- Customer and solution orientated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
